Invoice for work order

How to generate invoice for a work order ?

Even after changing the wo status to closed - posted i am unable to generate invoice for the work order.

    If you go to Field Service > Administration > Field Service Settings

    Then go down to the agreements tab and add some value to Generate Agreement Work Order X Days In advance http://prntscr.com/f1eyxt

    Then go to the Agreement Booking Schedule.

    The screen shot below is an example of a Recurrence pattern i created which generated a Booking date almost instantly:

    Hi ganeshm,

    Try to enter a large number in this field "Generate Work Order Days In Advance", to generate work orders earlier.

    Are you manually generating the Work Order or are you using Schedule Recurrence?

    that was the key one.now i can create a invoice.

    But i have an another doubt,while creating a wo from agreement it take a long pause to create is there any reason behind this,do anyone seen this issues, are am i missing any steps here.

    The field is called Line 'Status' in Work Order Product

    Make sure the product has a Total Cost assigned to it as well.

    yes i have set up an Agreement Invoice Setup for that Agreement.

    but i cant find the where to change the product to used in work order?

    I think you would need to check if the products on the Work Order are marked as 'Used' and not 'Estimated'.

    As it was generated by an Agreement. Have you set up an Agreement Invoice Setup for that Agreement?

    yes i did i followed the steps but still cant find why my invoice isnt created when my wo is "closed".

    i ran into another problem while activating agreement my wo are generate very late.u have any idea?
