If you have a partner source account, you can definitely access a rich library including Sure Step documents for sample project plan, risk assessment guides, user acceptance testing scenarios and any project management document which you might need through the ERP project.
For your inquiry specifically, there are various documents which you may find such as: fixed scope plan for financial modules, or agile plan for the exact modules.
