Job queue not running

Hi all, 
 
I'm trying to set up a job queue to run a codeunit every 24h, but the queue isn't running. 
My queue is i think correctly set up and is set to ready but the queue never starts
 
Could it be a licencing issue ? I've tried setting up the queue with a SUPER user that is a Delegated Admin and with a SUPER user with an external accountant licence.

    I believe external accountants are restricted as well. Only licensed users can run them.
