I am trying to configure the integration between Asset Management and IoT in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365FO).
My problem is that it appears D365FO is not receiving data from Azure.
The sensor configuration has been completed, and I can see data being received in the Redis Cache.
In D365FO, I deployed Sensor Data Intelligence using the Client ID and the Primary connection string of my Redis cash. I also configured my monitoring scenario using the same ID as my sensor, and I have activated the sensor in D365FO.
However, the counters in the asset registers are not showing any data. Do you have any ideas on what I should check?
