15Hi,
We were wondering if there is a way to create a replacement order for Parts from a posted sales invoice? We do not wish to use the Sales Returns Orders, since no item will be returned, and we do not want to credit the order.
What we wish, is to create a service order that will go through the normal WHS/PICK process in Business Central and be shipped to the customer.
