How do I set up a workflow for purchase orders for a specific amount?

Hi all,
 
Maybe a simple question, but how do I set up a workflow for purchase orders between the €15.000 and €30.000.
 
I tried the conditions below but this doesn't work right:

    You set the User's Approval Limit in the "Approval User Setup":
     
    If the Purchase Order is for less than the User's Approval limit, the PO will be automatically approved and released.  If it is above the User's limit, it will trigger it to go through the approval process.

    Don't place your filter partially in the header and partially in the line.
     
    In the header, try >14999&<30000

    I agree with Dallefeld.  Here is an example of one of our workflows.  Don't put anything in the bottom filter.
