I have over 2000 inventory item set up on an excel spreadsheet and I would like to do mass import of these items into GP. Any suggestion on how I can do this?

Intergration manager would work
Hi,
I second the Integration Manager (IM) suggestion. Using any tool that goes through the GP business logic is the way to go. You've got IM, eConnect, SmartConnect, VKonnect and the Macro language. I would not suggest using SQL or the Table Import Utility.

Is there any documentation/instructions for using eConnect to update inventory cards? I'd like to update my item cards to add the product weight which was something we never bothered with before. Any guidance is appreciated. Thank you
We used Intergration Manager to import and update our inventory...we had 10,000 items.
We have also used Macros

You could also record a macro of imputing one in manually and then do a mail merge to replace the figures you typed in with what is on the spreadsheet.
