In Dev and test it's working , but in prod it's not working.
Also this method is being called from a third party javascript library.
can anyone help me resolving this.

I didn't find exception message.
there is custom message been enabled.
even trying to debug the code very strange my cursor goes to another line and the previous line get executed.
Actually it's hard to say anything without any detail.
Please add try - catch block to your code maybe you can find some missing fields etc.
