I am using dynamics crm 365 online and tried enabling and testing a mailbox. Since then went in a deadlock like stage. Now how should I end this configuration test. I have got stuck in between. I even tried deleting this mailbox and associated queue and create a new ones. But it is even stopping me from deleting the queue as it as some active process associated.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Were you able to figure this out by chance? I'm having the same exact problem and can't seem to find a solution.
