Field Service Contract Lines Smartlist search not working

We upgraded to GP2010 and now our Contract Lines smartlist only provides results when you use the * default list.  I have tried to use multiple fields to limit the results, but then it comes back as 0 results/completed.  Other smartbuilder smartlists that I previously created with the same tables work just fine.  Any ideas?

    What are the tables and what are the restrictions? Perhaps we can look back and see what changed if you'll let us know what stopped working.

    It's the SVC00600 and SVC00601.  Like I said, the  * smartlist works and displays all records.  But when I try various fields like Customer ID or Item Number or Contract Number of one I can see displayed with the * smartlist, it returns no results.

    I have heard of this in GP 10 after SP 5, but not in GP 2010.  Have you applied a SP?   I would try that.   It was a bug.
