Static HTML Webresource is not rendered on Portal

Hi all,

I have created a static HTML webresource and added on a  CRM entity form.

From CRM everything looks fine but when using the form on Portal I get a Page Not Found where the HTML is located.

Error 404 "https://myportal/ _webresource/root/mypage.html" NOT found, Portal should normally render the page.

Anyone has any idea?

    Hi Ira,

    You can follow this link to add webresource on form and show it in crm..

    https://crmbook.powerobjects.com/extending-crm/javascript/html-web-resources/

    Here is an example to show webresource on portal:

    1) put your webresource in tab.

    2) Goto Entity form and select form on which you need to show it and in tab section select the tab.

    Can you remove and re add web resource. Also clear the portal cache and if this doesn’t work then please restart the portal

    Hi,

    This is controlled by the field on the Entity Form "Render Web Resource Inline". If this field is not checked then the html web resoruces will display page not found. To fix the issue, you need to check this field on your entity form.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your answer. I have checked this box but I still do not see the content iFrame and i still have this error message. Could you please let me know how this can be rectified.
