Hi

I Wonder is there a way to have a 2 way Server-Side Synchronization with Exchange ?

like i make a Task in OWA and it creates a Task in Crm 2015

I now this can be done by CRM for Outlook but i want to know is there a way to do this ?

Try reading Jukka's great blog on this topic:

You need to manually track it into CRM.

There is a field on:  Settings>Administration>System Settings>Synchronization  that says 'Tasks' "Synchronize tasks that are assigned in Outlook.'  See Adam's explanation of what that does below.

You could use folder tracking, or the new CRM App for Outlook (to track from OWA / OMA)

mscrmba That option you mention is very specific. Normally, Outlook client only tracks Tasks that are in my Outlook and that I choose to Track into CRM, or ones that are in CRM that match my synch filters (by default, those that I own).

If someone creates a task in their Outlook, and assigns it to me (still in Outlook), then it belongs to them but it appears in my to-do list to remind me to do it. But they can still see it in their to-do list so they can check on progress.

The option you mention basically means that these Tasks will synch with CRM, even though the Task is not "Owned" by me in Outlook. So updates will synch both ways, it appears in my CRM to-do list (as well as Outlook), and of course when it is marked as complete at either end, that synchs too.
