Customized WebService

I have developped a customized webservice witch using two operations (GetByKey and GetList). Now our client need to track the deleted transactions.
After Reading Webservices SDK and eConnect SDK, I found that we need to do 2 steps;

 1)Enabling the Requester Setup by adding the insert query in the eConnect_Out_Setup table and this was done before but what I conclude that all the document type starting with 'WS' cannot be insert into the Requester setup.

Question: If I Create another Insert Query without the ‘WS’ in the Document type name and I use the same Data Fields, would this fix the issue? And if this is true the XSLT should be name <document type><operation>.xslt Microsoft.Dynamics.GP.AppCshRct.ApplyCashRcptGetChanged.xslt???????)????

2)Using the "GetChange" function of the GP webservices to get the changes done in table eConnect_out; but in GP Webservice there is no GetChange function for my customized Document type like (CustomerGetChange, SalesOrderGetChange.....); I didn’t find any Code in the SDK how to create this function and the related Class ObjectKey and ObjectKeyCriteria for my own Document type.
Question: where I can find a sample code to create the "GetChange" function for the customized document type and the Class ObjectKey and ObjectKeycriteria.???
