Is there a way to print or at least preview the PO document before the PO is confirmed in F&O?

We would like to be able to see the document and confirm it all looks right before we push the PO all the way through workflow. Also, our leaders who are approving the workflow want to see the PO as it will look when we send it out to the vendor before they approve it.

Hi,

Before PO Confirmed that is not approved PO so by definition it's not the correct process you are asking .

In Dynamics po can only be printed once Confirmed.

If required you need to create po print as customization.

hello Jennifer,

PO confirmations document can be printed before generating the confirmation using Proforma:

.

The same dialog form as for PO COnfirmation will appear (so same way to print ect), the only difference being that the confirmation is not posted or committed.
