I am a Business Analyst and I am looking to develop a process flow for Quote and Ordering which is in line with the Lead and Opportunity. The CRM functionality has been built so the Sales team is already using it for Sales and Opportunity. According to my understanding the way I want to do is to create a process where a customer can create a quick quote and every time he creates a quick quote it will create a lead. The sales team can also create lead and then create quick quote for the customer.
If the customer requests for the full quote than the quote is converted to an opportunity.
Can someone please help me with the process flow and logic.
