No access to BC after clearing cache

Hi,

I had to clear the cache of my Edge (Chromium) browser this morning for an unrelated reason. Since then, I cannot log into Business Central.

- Not on Edge Chromium, Google Chrome, Firefox,...

- Tried several users: full acces user, as a delegated admin, even as a global admin.

- Tried several tenants and environments (sandbox and production.)

- My colleagues have the same problem after clearing their cache.

- I get no error, just this:

Any idea anyone?

    Hi Marco. I'm having the same experience as Kasper had previously. I had to clear my cache in Edge and now I can only access Dynamics via a Private tab. Any idea how to resolve this?

    Hello,

    For the partners out there that are still having issues like described in this forum posting, you can try with InPrivate browser session. At our side, teams are still engaged and working on the scenario to fully mitigate it.

    Hello,

    Sorry to hear that you are having issues with SaaS release of BC. I asked around and there is indeed an issue as our telemetry is now also reporting alerts to the teams. The teams responsible for the backend servers are currently analyzing telemetry and also working hard to get it resolved as soon as possible.

    If the issue is mitigated after we found root cause and resolved the problem, we will update this posting.

    Additonal info: I can reach the Business Central Admin Center, just not any environment.
