Hi All,

Is there a way where I can edit the statement no. in the Bank Reconciliation page? Because the system is automatically trying to use a number that I already used. Hence, it's showing an error since that is not allowed. I tried using the Statement No. change function and it doesn't do anything unfortunately.

Here's the error that is showing. Statement No. 1-5 is already in use.

Hi

the Statement No. field is part of the primary key of the table

modifying it would mean renaming the record's primary key, which would be feasible, but unfortunately in the table's OnRename trigger
Bank Acc. Reconciliation table, there is the code I enclose below, which blocks the rename

Hi,

Are you able to go to the "Bank Account" page for this bank account and manually change the "Last Statement No" so you are offered a different number?
