I'm using Dynamics 365 Business Central and want to be able to reserve a lot number against a sales order. The item card planning field "reserve" is set to optional, as is the "reserve" field on the customer item card.
When I create a sales order, the "reserve" field on the sales order line is set to Never which prevents me from being able to reserve a lot against the sales order line.
Does anyone know why this would be the case, is there another setting to be changed that would cause this?
