Hello experts, 
 
Does demand forecast either Sales or Component type, only work in the planning worksheet for the item replenishment system type of Prod. order? Will it work with purchase items in case you have a demand forecast for them?

    It works for both Purchased and Produced Items.  When using a Demand Forecast, I encourage you to turn on these two options within Manufacturing Setup (regardless of your use of Manufacturing).
