Dears,

when i am trying to create so from pba showing error "Error : 500: Internal Server Error: Unexpected exception from plug-in (Execute): ag.crm.so.CreateSOFromPBA: System.Exception: Can't create SO from PBA. Permission denied. in CRM 2013 ?"

if any one know about this please help me

Problem is permission issue in particular user name .found and trace the issue using Diagnostics tool.

Hi sabih,

this is message coming from a webapi call.

It seems system are trying to create a SO (?) record without privilige.

Have you got privilege over SO (?) entity type?

Hi,

You need 2 tools for "tracing";

CRM Diagnostics tool (download from https://crmdiagtool2011.codeplex.com/)

Trace Reader (download from https://crmtracereader.codeplex.com/)

After enabled tracing with CRM diagnostics tool, process your steps and get exception on your record. After that disabled tracing and find details using trace reader.

I think your exception throwing from out of CRM (maybe integration), do you know your plugin details? Is there any integration with webservice / directly to database etc. with other 3rd party systems?

you have to go the application server and enable tracing and then trigger the error again.

you should be able to find the trace created under : C\Program file\microsoft dynamics crm\trace.

alternatively you can use - CRM diagnostic tool : crmdiagtool2011.codeplex.com

This is admin user ,this error suddenly happen before it was working till yesterday (i did not plugin anything).i dont know why showing like this .could you please tell me how to find trace logs .?

were you getting this error earlier as well or it has suddently arrived ; also is this admin user?

did you to look in the trace logs? you will get a detailed error.
