Business Process Flow does not appear on Case Entity when Case is auto created from Queue

I have BPF on Case entity witch works fine. problem is when Case is auto created from incoming Email and I open that record, BPF does not appear. I can manually select the BPF and then it appears.

It works fine when I manually create Case. 

BPF is selected in App + Checked Security Roles permission.

Anybody have any idea how to get BPF to appear on Case record that is Auto created?
