Business Process Flow does not appear on Case Entity when Case is auto created from Queue

Hi,

I have BPF on Case entity witch works fine. problem is when Case is auto created from incoming Email and I open that record, BPF does not appear. I can manually select the BPF and then it appears.

It works fine when I manually create Case.

BPF is selected in App + Checked Security Roles permission.

Anybody have any idea how to get BPF to appear on Case record that is Auto created?

Hi Marko Stankovic did you already checked if there are more than one BPF enabled for the case entity.
also can you check the "order process flow"

If there are more than one BPF enable, What happen if you let activated only one BPF?

Yes, I've tried that as well and it does not solve the problem.

Hello Marko,

For cases that are automatically created, have you checked that the creating user also the appropriate rights on this specific Business Process Flow entity?
