Hi, after a clean install I can not go to CRM system via http: // - in the domain, although CRM can go to the server where it is installed on a computer that is not in the domain.
You can prompt solution of the situation.

all port we are open.
It network related issue.
You can check all ports are open or not between CRM server to domain ? You can take help of Network enginner.
