Item where used (Quote-Invoice)

I'm working with items that are used across various documents in Business Central, from quotes and sales orders to purchase orders and purchase invoices. Is there a way to track or find where a specific item has been used across these different documents?

    In item card You have fields for Quantities on different documents. 
    But it doesn't contain information from posted documents, and quotes are also not here, because quotes do not impact inventory.

    So, for example, I have an item that is used on quote, and I want to delete the item. the system not allowed deletion because this used on the quote. how can I find that where this item is used on which quote?
     
     
    Is there any easy way to find the Quote in this case?

    The Item Ledger Entry is the best option to review all documents or posted entries that have impacted a particular item.

    You can check two places:

    1. For posted documents, look at the Item Ledger Entries.
    2. For unposted documents, review the following fields on the Item Card.
