Advice on how to champion my skill as a newbie in CRM

I am new to dynamics, but already in the IT field working as an application support consultant. I need advice on how to channel my path in dynamics. Am planning a path as shown below;

CRM Support Consultant - CRM Functional consultant - CRM developer

Please can anyone advice me on how to go about this and also what do i need to do to fully get myself fully ready in a year or 2.

Reading materials, Blogs i can follow to learn more about dynamics 365.

Just anything that can help me improve my skill.

Hello,

i would suggest:

1- Undertand the basics of Customer relationship Management

2- Undertand the sales and prospection process in Dynamics CRM (Basic Entities and relations between them, states...)

3- Solutions, Forms, fields , process, workflows, BPF and business rules adminitration & configuration.

4- Develop Javascirpt Extensions.

5- C#, Plugin Developement.
