How to setup LiveId/ActiveDirectory Authentication for Dynamics CRM 2016 for SOAP

Hi,

I am working on Dynamics CRM 2016. currently below authentications are working fine on my environment via SOAP:

  1. Online : Oauth 2.0
  2. Onpremise : NTLM

would like to know how can I setup LiveId and ActiveDirectory Authentication so that I could access CRM Web Services via SOAP.
