Transitioning from Dynamics NAV to Business Central

Looking for advice on licensing the transition of a customer, currently on an Enhancement Plan with another Partner, that is looking to upgrade from Nav on premise to Business Central online.

We are a CSP partner.

The tranisition offer is expiring 30 June - their EP expires in July.

Can we order the transition offer under the CSP program?

As the upgrade involves transitioning through different version of Nav and BC on premise, do these environments need to be licensed? Where do we get this license to apply to the environments?

Regards

Stephen

    Hi Stephen,

as a CSP I recommend contacting the European Operation Center, the EOC when it comes to license questions.

You can contact them via e-mail at mbsquery@microsoft.com.
