Cloning functionality – ability to duplicate opportunities so we can efficiently manage the forecast https://work365apps.com/record-clone. Have you used this particular app or anything similar? I am trying to get information if they want to clone only opportunities or also related entities like booking forecast, sales team etc. along with opportunities. Is there an out of box solution in CRM? For CRM 2013 we had used business process flow- Dialog option to copy case but couldn’t copy related entities with it and customer care was also asking for the same.
