Can't access Business Central - Stuck on Landing Page

I have a business Microsoft 365 account and I have not had issues previously with accessing Business Central - Microsoft Dynamics which I should have access to. I have tried logging in and out of my microsoft account but still when I open Business Central - Dynamics 365 I am stuck on this page. I have attached an image of the landing page I get stuck on. Can anyone help with how I get access?

You can enter the admin center and look here, in environment page.

If the problem continues, it is better that you create a case.

Hi GR,

We have checked my account access and it is the same as everyone else in the business, no settings have been changed.

change to another browser to try. It may chrome needs to be updated to a new version.
