Hi,

I have problems reaching out to all users regards to upgrades and other relevant information. Is it possible to send out messages/notifications in BC as free text? If so, can anyone please share the secret? :)

Not an area “we” can send messages to. Not yet at least. Perhaps you can find an alternative with Power Automate. You have many message choices- Teams, mobile notifications, text messages, emails
