Check whether a sales invoice has been sent to customer

Hi,

When posting a sales order it will transform into a posted sales invoice. However, when you choose not to send the invoice to the customer when posting the sales order, then the customer will not receive the invoice in his mailbox.

Is there a possibility to check whether an invoice has been sent to the customer or not? This could reduce mistakes.

Most reliable would be to check the interactions log. This is driven by contact data. Go to the contact and check. It will show all document focussed communications made. This depends on certain setup: docs.microsoft.com/.../admin-how-setup-email

Less reliable would be the posted sales invoices table has a field for “No. Printed”.

Check the last section:
