Hi,
how to find and export all the duplicate records in the system based on multiple fields like, Same mobile number,Email id etc required fields

Here is what google brought me - there is a feature called "Duplicate Detection" - www.marksgroup.net/.../dynamics-365-duplicate-detection-jobs-merging-records
I need to export them into excel or pdf before merging them on the go.
Try to use XrmToolbox and following plugin from it - community.dynamics.com/.../generate-excel-report-for-duplicate-records-in-dynamics-crm-for-bulk-merge

This plugin is not showing available to install in xrm tool box.Is it because we are using 2016 on premise version.
I see this plugin in Plugin Store and I can install it.
Try to check "Use Legacy Plugins Store" under "Display Options".
I also cannot locate or download the Duplicate Detection Report for Bulk Merge in the XrmToolBox plugins store.
I realise that this is an old thread, but there is a plugin available in XRMToolbox called Deduplicator which I've found quite handy to export duplicates.
