Does E-Commerce site differ in cloud vs on-premises

Hello Everyone ,

This is my first post :D, bare with me.

From what i understand that the e-commerce site is an out of the box functionally included in the d365 commerce license (different from ax 2012 r3 which require separate license and share-point) , however i cant find info if this is the same for cloud and on premises deployments of d365.

    You need to buy the Dynamics Commerce separately: dynamics.microsoft.com/.../

    Before you start the setup, the following prerequisites must be in place. The setup of these prerequisites is out of scope for this document.

    Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) must be installed and configured in your network.

    AD FS must be deployed.

    SQL Server 2016 SP2 must be installed on the SSRS machines.

    SQL Server Reporting Services 2016 must be installed in Native mode on the SSRS machines.
