Azure machine Learning Service creates consistent forecast from single instance demand

Posted on by
Hi

I have several products which have single instances of demand in the past, but when AMLS calculates the forecasted demand, it appears to be ignoring the months with no demand and creating an average from the single spike of demand, resulting in a Forecast of monthly demand for something that was only ever used once.

Has anybody experienced and found a fix for this?
