Dear members,

I am working on Intercompany Module and have done all the related setups. I have a requirement to create intercompany transactions between 5 entities. I have a doubt in the intercompany chart of accounts. Here we have unique chart of accounts for all the 5 entities. But when I import one chart of account in intercompany chart of accounts its imported for all the 5 entities. But I wanted to create unique Chart of accounts for each Intercompany partner. Please provide me with a solution.

Thanks in advance,
Sneha

    Hi Sneha,

I would suggest keeping it consistent unless you have a specific reason not to, as it could lead to data silo issues in the long run. I hope the link below can assist with the setup.

    Thanks
    Ramesh

You can't set up a separate intercompany chart of accounts for each intercompany partner, there is only one intercompany chart of accounts. Ideally, all companies should have a synchronized chart of accounts, which is often the case. In your situation, you can try combining all five separate COAs into one unified intercompany chart of accounts. If you can do that, it will work, as the purpose of the intercompany chart of accounts is simply to map to the actual chart of accounts in each company.
