I am trying to import inventory transactions using integration manager, but I faced this error. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

Reads to be as if the qty (18) you are trying to work with does not match the number of serial numbers for that item on that same line that you are specifying (or you are not specifying any serial numbers).
Basically check if this is a serial item, if it is a serial item, then you need to specify the same number of serial numbers as the transaction refers to.
Hopefully this will point you in the right direction.
