CRM Case Search

I am using the Dynamics 365 CRM 2016+.

I am familiar with using the Advanced search to look up a previous case. But i want to be able to use the Search field in each view to look up a case.

So for resolved cases i want to just put the case number and find it. Is there a way to set the Search field to do this? Or will i have to keep using the Advanced Find to find past cases that are resolved or Cancelled?

Without assuming can you send a screenshot on where you would like to do this.

But it sounds like to just need to change the view to use "ticketnumber".

Thank you! I was able to get it and search by the "ticketnumber".
