One question is Is Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a part of ERP or different module. apart from NAV,GP,AX,SL , is CRM is Customer Solution provider?

Each of the Dynamics applications is a completely separate software--CRM, NAV, GP, AX, SL. Here is a great place to read about the history of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
