Is there a way to run the payables aged trial balance while excluding the zero balance vendors? That area is grayed out for me...??

Thank you in advance,

Angela

    Angela,

You would need to use the PM Trial Balance with Options, which is the next selection in the Reports List.

    Mick,

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, I do not have that option. I only have "Trial Balance" in the Purchasing module. Any other ideas?

    Hi Angela

Go to Reports > Purchasing > Trial Balance

From the drop down list in the Payables Trial Balance Reports window select Aged Trial Balance with Options

If you don't see this then you don't have access to this report so the security will have to be modified to give you this report.

Someone in your company with the proper access will have to open the User Security setup window, select yourself as the user and the company you are trying to run the report in.

Then if they mark the box Display Selected Roles, you will then see the roles assigned to you.

You can double click on the roles do drill down to the Security Role Setup Window

The user should have the Role Called RPT_PURCH_001 assigned to them. If it isn't assign it to the role.  If it is, drill down on it and in the Security Task Setup window make the following selections:

    Product: Microsoft Dynamics GP

    Type: Reports

    Series: Purchasing

If you scroll through the list you will see the various Trial Balance reports.

Make sure that you have access to these reports.

Note that the above is assuming that there are no 3rd party products in play
