Hello everyone,
I do not mean to post back to back but this issue is unrelated to the previous one. Recently, our CSR manager asked me to void some quotes based on the date criteria. I did so by opening the Sales Transaction Order Entry window for each quote and then clicked on void.
However, now you can not view these voided documents. I thought this was by design but was informed today that they have always been able to open voided quotes.
I am wondering if I am possibly missing a step or perhaps I have completely botched this.
Any assistance that his rendered would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you everyone for your help. I figured this would be the outcome but I wanted to double check to be sure I was not doing anything wrong.
As often said, eye witness testimony is not always accurate. That's why I always ask my users to show me what they are doing when they say something that cannot happen.
All of the posters above, of course, are correct that voided SOP orders cannot be viewed in the Sales Transaction Entry window.
Hi Dmacintosh,
Once you void Quotes in Sales Order Processing, they move from the Work table (SOP10100) to the History table (SOP30200). This is the main reason why you will not be able to pullup voided documents in the Sales Transaction Entry window since it only looks at WORK transactions.
The only way to view them is to use the Sales Transaction Enquiry Zoom window via the Sales Order Processing Document Enquiry window (Enquiry | Sales | Sales Documents).
Let me know if you have further questions.
From past experience, my users report that after voiding a quote, they were able to go Transactions | Sales | Sales Transaction Entry. They would switch document type to Quote and enter the correct quote number. However, now it gives a message indicating that "This invoice has been voided. It cannot be edited". The users report that this was never an issue in the past.
Inquiry | Sales | Sales Documents is the right way to see voided quotes. You can also get a list of them from SmartList and click through from there, however that will bring you to the same Sales Transaction Inquiry Zoom window. Where/how else are your users expecting to see these?
In the mean time, I have instructed them to utilize Inquiry>>Sales>>Sales Documents to open the Quote in the Sales Transaction Inquiry Zoom.
