We are not currently using Entitlements and I would like to remove it from the Case screen. I was able to remove it from the Accounts and Contacts screen but not Cases. Help please!

I know this is an old article but for clarity the same action on the corresponding contact card will ensure that organisations that have contacts as customers also get rid of those pesky fields.
Thank you very much. This was exactly what I was looking for and worked perfectly.
You need to edit "account card" quick view form in account in order to remove entitlements from the case form. Remove the entitlement subgrid from the quickview form and save and publish it.
