Append URL with account number field (Ribbon Workbench)

Hi,

I created a custom buttom with a fixed URL in it, but I need to append it with the account number.
I know it is possible with the Ribbon Workbench, but how do I append this URL with the data from the account number field?

You can call a javascript function to return the required URL.
