Extensions consume objects from license?

Hi all, 

For Business Central On-Prem ::  we would like to confirm whether if a client of ours buys a pack of 10 tables and these are assigned to his license, if we were to develop a TABLE EXTENSION (not a table) - would this consume an object number from his license, leaving him with 9 custom tables left to be used? 

We know that for SaaS this is not the case but we want to confirm what happens On-Prem.

    AFAIK, Table/Page extensions in 80000..99999 series are Free.
