Hello,

when I open GP in a terminal server in specific user (user I created recently) the GP open but once I close or logout then back again and open it wont work in other word if the user login to a fresh windows profile the GP will open so I delete user profile so the user can open it.

this is the only way to open GP for every new user I created.

any old users created before 6 months they are working very well.

I have this two errors in event viewer once I run GP:

    Hi Samih,

Did you ever get this resolved?  I have a client that is running into this same exact issue but on an upgrade from GP 2013 to GP 2016 and its only happening on 1 machine.  All other machines are fine.  I also tried to create a user form in Excel VBA which uses that same DLL (FM20.DLL) and it runs fine so I am baffled on why GP VBA does not like it.   I have never seen anything like this before.

    Much thanks,

    Donald Wisch
