HI guys,

i want to know details about task and appointment activity. One task is created and save it..after some time how sales know??is there any alert or remainder comes..

    There is no alert or reminder available out of the box - however once task is created ,it will have some due date and will be assigned to a user.

    you can create some views on those and use them on dashboard.

    alternatively - you can create workflow on assigment/creation that will send email.
