How to separate email templates based on teams.

Hello All Experts

When a lead gets created our organization wants to send the email to lead and sales manager with differentiating based on the teams organized.

the emails should be separated based on templates.

is it possible?

if yes then,how to achieve this functionality?

There is no feature like team based email template . Rather you have to create workflow to use different template in the mail and can be sent to different teams based on lead assignment rule u defined
