Is there a report that has a column for actual receipt date for purchase orders?

I am not aware of such a report. You can either
Go to Posted Purchase Receipts and look at each receipt.
or go to Item Ledger Entry then Filter based on Entry Type = Purchase then Posting Date = Date range you need. Then take it to Excel. The posting date is a receipt date.
Oh, I wasn't aware that that posting date on the item ledger entries are the same as the receipt date. If the warehouse department receives inventory in on 04/11/2022, then the receipt date of 04/11/2022 is also used as the posting date?
in my environment this is the case. But you can easily check this. For example if your warehouse team received a part today you can check the posting date for that part to see if it matches with the date warehouse team received the part.
Posting Dates are critical and the warehouse should be entering the posting date as the receipt date.
