lost activation key

I have a 2 station system, 1 station crashed.  When I went to replace the computer and reinstall the software they couldn't find the activation key.  How can that be obtained?  Of course their maintenance has expired.  Any help is appreciated.

    Thank you for your post.

    Antonijo is correct, you can try contacting your Microsoft Dynamics RMS partner to see if they can provide you with a copy of your license key.

    You can also receive a replace PID for RMS by contact the Sales Operations Team and requesting a new key. You can contact the Sales Operations Team at 1-800-456-0025 option 2, or by eMail at mbsorder@microsoft.com.

    Hi Zack.

    First of all, just as an idea, to have the POS up and running (and selling, probably most important), You can donwload a 30 days temporary ket for your POS machine from here: www.microsoft.com/.../download.aspx  you will need to imput some basic data, and a trial key will be sent to your e-mail address.

    The problem is the maintenance (that you don't have), but why don't you contact the Partner who have sold you the licenses in first place, they can talk to the distributor and with a penalty fee, you can get a new RMS license. Ask for the fee amount before you purchase, sometimes it's cheeper to buy a new license then pay the penalty fee... Any certified MS dynamics RMS partner should be able to sell you a new license.
