Would someone be able to explain to me what I need to enter into the "User IP Address Service" field please

    This is not a standard feature in all BC versions.

    So the field is probably part of a localization.

    What region are you operating in ?

    Hi LenVeron,

    The solution I have found is to go to this URL https://www.ipify.org/ and copy and paste the IPV4 address to the "User IP Address Service" field and it worked for me.


    Copy the address without the ‘ .

    Hi, I am still having issues, I have tried as above using api.ipify.org

    I have also tried the 4 recommended by Microsoft documentation

    api.db-ip.com/.../self

    www.cloudflare.com/.../trace

    https://api.ipify.org

    https://jsonip.com

    But I am still getting this error - Public IP address lookup failed. Specify a service that will return the public IP address of the current user.

    I have the latest version of BC and MTD installed.

    Turns out it was Ad Blocker causing the issue, make sure it's disabled!
