I am trying to complete an upgrade and need to download some hotfixes. When I click on the download file I receive the following message, "mbs2-cy1.partners.extranet.microsoft.com refused to connect". I also receive the error message, "remote device or resource won't accept the connection". I had this same problem about a week ago, I changed browsers and the download worked, not this time. I have tried IE, Chrome and Firefox[also tried downloading using the private browsing window on all these browsers and that didn't work either], I have tried to download from 2 workstations[Win7 Pro] and 1 server[Win Server 2012 R2 Essentials] at my office and my computer at home [Win 7 Pro]. I've removed and reinstalled the FTM, that did not fix the problem. This seems to be affecting programs files only, I can open, print, download pdf files.
What should I try next?
