Quality order isn't generated when posting Report as finished with different batches

Hi,
 
I would like to achieve that if we have another batch /tracking dimension/ at posting report as finished that an quality order is automatically generated.
 
In the item sampling I've stated that tracking dimension is per batch number. 
But nevertheless when i create a production order and post it with the first created batch number the QO is created, but if i change the batch number to a new batch, QO isn't created and I'm figuring out why?
 
Any ideas about this? Maybe I'm missing some setup?

    Hi, 
    can you try to activate the checkbox Per Updated quantity (and keep the checkbox per batch number).
    Then a QO should be created for every batch number at the time of RAF.

    this setup isn't solving the issue, because when I select Per Quantity update, everytime we do RAF, the quality order is created. 
     
    But I would like that QO is created only the first time, and if we change the batch number. But I can't get it to work like that, dunno why.

    So if we have the same batch number only once should the QO be created.
